The SSSC and Microsoft are partnering to provide an AI and Healthcare focused Azure Bootcamp for all Carleton Students. The goal is to empower every Canadian university student with knowledge on cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology to achieve more. Microsoft aims to close the employment and skill gaps among Canadian university students from all backgrounds by empowering them with cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology.

It also serves not only as an open platform to facilitate meaningful and thought-provoking conversation about artificial intelligence within the local university community but also as an open window to industry perspectives on the current and future application of artificial intelligence.

The Discover AI Science Bootcamp is a technical introduction to application of Artificial Intelligence on industry and academic research related health care consisting of a research-focused panel discussion and a hands-on Machine Learning or Data Analysis workshop using Azure Notebook (Python) or Azure Databricks, for all students who are interested in further developing their technical skills in order to pursue a career in academic and industry research.
