Our mission at the Science Student Success Centre is to provide the essential tools for your son or daughter to be successful while studying in the Faculty of Science at Carleton University. We recognize the importance of parental support, so we will strongly encourage you to be as involved as you possibly can with your student’s education.
Take some time to read the SSSC website so that you are aware of the resources offered to undergraduate students in the faculty. Follow up with your son or daughter if he or she has any difficulty during the year. Contact us in the SSSC if you have any questions about ways in which we can help. Remember that while we cannot discuss your student's academic performance with you without their permission, we can still ensure that you know the resources they have at their disposal.
