SSSC Friday ski trip - round three!
The third Friday evening ski trip will be on February 10, 2012 to Camp Fortune. Students will meet in Lot P7 close to Bronson Avenue at 4:00pm and depart by bus shortly thereafter, returning to Carleton around 10:30pm.
Thanks to our crack-team of negotiators, the SSSC has managed to get a very economical deal on rental/lift prices - prices that are are perfect for the science student budget!
1) Ski/snowboard rental + Lift ticket + return bus trip = $40
2) Lift ticket + return bus trip = $30
3) Ski/snowboard rental + 1h lesson (with certified instructor from Camp Fortune) + Lift ticket + return bus trip = $50
4) Helmet rental (optional) = $10
5) Have a ski pass and your own equipment? Just pay for the bus ride! $10
If you have your own gear, you may store it in the SSSC during the day.
If you want to hit the powder and tear up the hills with the SSSC, stop by 1152HP (The SSSC) to secure your spot! Please note that in order to ensure that you have a space on the bus, you must pay for your package up-front - no spots will be reserved without full payment!
